Common use of Subscriber’s Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Subscriber’s Deliveries. On or prior to the date first written above, Subscriber shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Company a duly executed copy of the investor questionnaire, attached hereto as Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Investor Questionnaire”). In addition, on or prior to the date hereof, Subscriber has paid the Purchase Price as provided in Section 1.1.
