Common use of Subscriber’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Subscriber’s Expenses. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that all costs and expenses incurred by the Subscriber (including any fees and disbursements of counsel retained by the Subscriber) relating to the purchase of the Units shall be borne by the Subscriber.

Subscriber’s Expenses. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that all costs and expenses incurred by the Subscriber (including any fees and disbursements of special counsel retained by the Subscriber) relating to the purchase of the Units shall be borne by the Subscriber.

Subscriber’s Expenses. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that all costs and expenses incurred by the Subscriber (including any fees and disbursements of special counsel retained by the Subscriber) relating to the purchase of the Units Common Shares shall be borne by the Subscriber.
