Common use of Subscriber’s Legal Fees Clause in Contracts

Subscriber’s Legal Fees. The Company shall pay to Grushko & Xxxxxxx, P.C., a fee of $12,500 (“Subscriber’s Legal Fees”) as reimbursement for services rendered to the Subscribers in connection with this Agreement and the purchase and sale of the Note. The Subscriber’s Legal Fees and expenses (to the extent known as of the Closing) will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement. Grushko & Xxxxxxx, P.C. will be reimbursed at Closing for all lien searches and filing fees incurred in connection with the Offering.

The Subscriber’s Legal Fees and expenses (to the extent known as of the Closing) will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement. Grushko & XxxxxxxGrushko&Mittman, P.C. will be reimbursed at Closing by the Company for all lien searches searches, filing fees, and filing fees incurred in connection with reasonable printing and shipping costs for the Offeringclosing statements to be delivered to Subscribers.

Grushko & XxxxxxxMxxxxxx, P.C. will be reimbursed at Closing by the Company for all lien searches searches, filing fees, and filing fees incurred in connection with reasonable printing and shipping costs for the Offeringclosing statements to be delivered to Subscribers.

The Subscriber’s Legal Fees and expenses (to the extent known as of the Closing) will be payable out of funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement. Grushko & Xxxxxxx, P.C. will be reimbursed at Closing for all lien searches and filing fees incurred in connection with the Offering.
