Subscription and Services. 1.1. BetterUp Services. BetterUp offers leadership, development, performance and mental wellness coaching through a variety of behavioral techniques and methods on its mobile application and online platform (“BetterUp Platform”), pursuant to the applicable Order (defined below) (“BetterUp Services”). BetterUp provides the Company with the right to access BetterUp Platform and to enable its employees who choose to register to use the BetterUp Platform (each, a “User” and collectively, “Users”) with BetterUp Services for specified periods (each, a “Subscription Term”).
Subscription and Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, RDG will provide access to the Customer to use the content as ordered by the Customer.
2.2 RDG can modify and change features and functionality of the Subscription in its own discretion from time to time, including by adding or deleting features and functions, in an effort to improve functionality and user experience. RDG will notify the Customer of any such modifications and changes promptly.
2.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall affect RDG’s right to exercise its own judgement and utilise its creative skills as it considers most appropriate in order to develop the Module in accordance with the Module Specification and any variations.
2.4 RDG will cease providing access to the Customer to the content and the Customer will have no further access to the Subscription and any data and information associated such things upon the expiration of the Subscription Term.
Subscription and Services. 1.1. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Customer may use or receive the Company’s software (and services that Customer selects in order forms (each an “Order”) executed by both parties or, if available, entered into by Customer on-line through Company’s website. “Subscription” means Customer’s and its Permitted Users’ access and usage rights to the Licensed Software (defined below) by and on behalf of Company, which shall include Support as set forth in the applicable Order. “Services” means those services or trainings that are agreed upon and set forth in the applicable Order. For purposes of this Agreement, “Permitted User” means Customer’s employees, agents and contractors authorized by Customer to access and use the Licensed Software.
Subscription and Services. 6.1. Once we approve your Application you will be deemed to have subscribed for the Services you requested and selected in your Application and recorded in Subscription Details on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
Subscription and Services. During the term of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Replica grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, license to access and use the Replica Platform and Services as set forth in an applicable Order. The Subscription includes the Services set forth in the Order and the technical support set forth in Section 2.3.
