Subscription and Wiring Instructions Irrevocability. (a) WIRE TRANSFER OF SUBSCRIPTION FUNDS. Investor shall deliver Put Dollar Amounts (as payment towards any Put Share Price) by wire transfer, to the Company pursuant to a wire instruction letter to be provided by the Company, and signed by the Company.
