Subscription Charge Increase Fee. If Source increases the fee to subscribe to any of the Source Services in Japan (the "Japan Charges"), Source shall pay to Telerate in respect of such increase a fee (the "Subscription Charge Increase Fee") equal to the amount of one month's increase in Japan Charges. The fee due under this clause (ii) shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, all other fees due under this Agreement.
