Common use of Subscription Documents Clause in Contracts

Subscription Documents. At or before the Closing, the Purchaser shall review, complete and execute the Signature Page to this Agreement, Investor Profile, Anti-Money Laundering Form and Investor Certification, attached hereto following the Omnibus Signature Page (collectively, the “Subscription Documents”), if applicable, additional forms and questionnaires distributed to the Purchaser and deliver the Subscription Documents and such additional forms and questionnaires to the party indicated thereon at the address set forth on the signature page below. Executed documents may be delivered to such party by facsimile or .pdf sent by electronic mail (e-mail).
