Subscription License Type Sample Clauses

Subscription License Type. Your license to use the Product will continue until the expiration of the subscription period identified in the Order unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this EULA. The procedure for renewing your license to the Product is set out in section 3 (Product Family Specific Terms) or section 4 (Product Specific Terms). If you upgrade your subscription to the Product, the upgrade will take effect immediately and you will be charged and must pay the applicable fee, and the term of your then-current subscription period may be extended, as described at the time you upgrade. You may not downgrade a subscription to the Product.
