Subscription or Structuring Fee. The Borrower shall pay the Lending Bank a subscription or structuring fee (the “Subscription or Structuring Fee”) in an amount equal to 15 bps of the Total Commitment (equal to €225,000.00 (two hundred and twenty-five thousand)). The Subscription and Structuring Fee shall accrue on the Date of Signature and shall be paid to the Lending Bank on the Date of Signature.
