Your Subscription gives You and any of Your Affiliates authorized by You the ability to use Datalore in accordance with the limits described in Your Subscription Plan. The limits include the maximum number of Users who can use Datalore.

Any reversal of payment will result in the immediate termination of the Subscription Plan Term and void any credits and/or discounts and/or any commitments provided by Perimeter 81.
