Subscription Plan. In order to use Datalore, You must have a Subscription (either a free or paid Subscription Plan). Your Subscription gives You and any of Your Affiliates authorized by You the ability to use Datalore in accordance with the limits described in Your Subscription Plan. The limits include the maximum number of Users who can use Datalore.
Subscription Plan. Perimeter 81 offers several Subscription Plans for the provision of the Service, on a monthly or yearly basis (the “Subscription Plan”). The price for each respective Subscription Plan is based on the length and features of such Subscription Plan (the “Price”). The Subscription Plans and the applicable Price thereof are subject to change from time to time by Perimeter 81, without liability to Perimeter 81 or any prior notice required. Any additional and/or future services may not be included in the Price, at Perimeter 81’s sole discretion. The Subscription Plan Term will begin at the moment of cleared payment and end at the end of the Billing Cycle of the Subscription Plan. Any reversal of payment will result in the immediate termination of the Subscription Plan Term and void any credits and/or discounts and/or any commitments provided by Perimeter 81.
Subscription Plan. (a) This clause applies if you have signed up for a Subscription Plan.
(b) You must pay subscription fees to us in the amounts specified on the Website for your Subscription Plan, or as otherwise agreed in writing (Subscription Fees).
(c) All Subscription Fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable for change of mind.
(d) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Subscription Fees are due and payable on a recurring basis for the duration of your Subscription, with the first payment being due on the first day of the Subscription Period (or immediately after the expiry of any applicable Free Trial Period) and at the beginning of every Renewal Period thereafter.

4.7.2 You hereby agree that this price stated in 4.7.1 is not static and may change from time to time, however we will give you notice of any change, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before your next subscription.
Subscription Plan. If You want to use CodeCanvas, You must have either a monthly or an annual Subscription. Your Subscription gives You and any of Your Affiliates authorized by You a limited right to use CodeCanvas during the Subscription Period with the number of Users included in the purchased Subscription. If You download CodeCanvas without a Subscription or if Your Subscription expires, You will only have a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable license during the term of this Agreement to install and use CodeCanvas for the number of admin users described in the Documentation to perform certain administrative tasks.
Subscription Plan. In order to use Qodana, You must have a Subscription and register at least one Source Code Repository in Qodana. Your Subscription gives You and any of Your Affiliates authorized by You the ability to use Qodana based on the limits described in Your Subscription Plan. Depending on Your Subscription Plan, You will have access to different features and be subject to certain limits. These features and limits are described on the JetBrains Website.
Subscription Plan. Over the course of the Subscription Period, we will provide relevant Updates and general support where reasonably necessary to resolve technical issues with the Software (Support Services), the following terms apply unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing:
(a) we will take reasonable steps to provide Support Services where necessary. You must first endeavour to resolve any issues with the Software internally and we will not assist with issues that are beyond our reasonable control; or beyond the scope of the Jspreadsheet software.
(b) requests for Support Services will be responded to on a best endeavours basis and we provide no guarantee of Support Services being available 24/7 or that any request for Support Services will be responded to within a particular time frame; and
(c) you will not have any claim for delay to your access to the Software due to any failure or delay in Support Services.
