Maintenance Plan. Maintenance plan for the Project Facility for the next quarter and a report on maintenance carried out during the previous quarter (including any material deviation from expected maintenance activities as set out in the maintenance plan).
Maintenance Plan. For these purposes, the Director, acting through the Superintendent, shall undertake appropriate inspections, and shall establish and revise, as necessary, a Maintenance Plan consisting of specific maintenance requirements which shall be adhered to by the Concessioner. The initial Maintenance Plan is set forth in Exhibit H. The Director in his discretion may make reasonable modifications to the Maintenance Plan from time to time after consultation with the Concessioner. Such modifications shall be in furtherance of the purposes of this Contract and shall not be inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the main body of this Contract.
Maintenance Plan. Seller shall maintain Seller‑Owned Interconnection Facilities in accordance with the following maintenance plan: Transmission line: _____________________________ ___ kV Facility switching station: _________________________________________________ Relay protection equipment: ____________________ Other equipment as identified: ______________ Seller shall furnish to Company a copy of records documenting such maintenance, within thirty (30) Days of completion of such maintenance work.
Maintenance Plan. Seller shall maintain Seller‑Owned Interconnection Facilities in accordance with Good Engineering and Operating Practices.
Maintenance Plan. If requested by the Lessor, the Lessee must submit to the Lessor for its approval a Lessee Maintenance Plan satisfactory to the Lessor. The plan, when approved by the Lessor, will become an exhibit to this Lease without further action, and the Lessee must comply with its terms. After consulting with the Lessee, the Lessor may make reasonable modifications to the plan from time to time to reflect changing maintenance and repair needs of the Premises.
Maintenance Plan. The Proposal shall provide a Maintenance Plan which shall describe how Proposer will meet the performance requirements set forth in the Capital Maintenance Agreement. For the Maintenance Plan, the Proposal shall address at least the following:
(a) The plan and approach to transitioning and phasing from construction to capital maintenance activities.
(b) The plan and approach to annual capital maintenance and capital maintenance reporting, and how they will be used to manage the Project.
(c) The plan and approach for transfer of capital maintenance responsibility for the Project to TxDOT at the expiration or termination of the CMA, including a preliminary list of specialized maintenance equipment that will be turned over to TxDOT.
(d) Management tools (such as communications, computers, software and equipment).
(e) The approach to traffic control and operations during capital maintenance activities, including lane closures and other traffic restrictions.
(f) Inspection and testing of Project items (including pavements, shoulders, bridges, sound and retaining walls, drainage facilities, embankments and cut slopes) and the identification and classification of defects and inspection failures.
(g) The proposed quality control plan including a description of the processes and procedures to be used in the performance of Maintenance Services and associated activties.
(h) How defects or faults in any aspect of the Project’s infrastructure shall be classified and rectified within appropriate time limits.
(i) The proposed program for the planning, implementation and completion of future capital maintenance repairs, and capital asset replacement activties during the term of the CMA. The information shall describe the approach to programming of works and costing and ensuring that maintenance transition requirements from construction to maintenance of the capital assets will be met.
(j) The plans, policies and procedures for ensuring the health and safety of personnel involved in the Project and the general public affected by the Project for the term of the CMA.
(k) The processes and procedures for communication of Project information between the Maintenance Contractor and TxDOT.
(l) The proposed plan and approach for performing maintenance activities for the Early Completion Work and Option Work, if exercised by TxDOT, prior to commencement of the Capital Maintenance Agreement. The information shall describe the activities and approach to programming of works and provi...
Maintenance Plan. 1. The School District Board shall submit to the Commission for approval a plan for the preventative maintenance of each facility where a scope of work is completed under ELPP according to the Commission’s Maintenance Plan Guidelines. The School District Board acknowledges that: 1) allowable uses for the maintenance fund shall be for the maintenance and repair of the completed facilities, including preventative maintenance, periodic repairs, and the replacement of facility components; 2) routine janitorial and utility costs, equipment supplies and personnel associated with the day-to-day housekeeping and site upkeep per normal and customary standards are not allowable expenditures under the parameters of the maintenance fund; and 3) the actual use of the maintenance fund, according to the terms of the approved Maintenance Plan, is subject to audit.
2. The expenditure of local resources for the employment of a Maintenance Plan Advisor, pre-qualified by the Commission, for the development of the Maintenance Plan is an eligible project expense.
Maintenance Plan. (a) As soon as practicable prior to, or after, the beginning of the first Reference Service Year, and at least 30 days prior to the start of each subsequent Reference Service Year, ADEWAP will, after having regard to the forecasts and nominations of User for the Reference Service and all Other Users for Services, deliver to User a draft plan for that Reference Service Year which sets out:
(i) all Maintenance Operations which ADEWAP proposes to carry out during that Reference Service Year;
(ii) the times at which such Maintenance Operations are proposed to be carried out; and
(iii) the maximum reduction to ADEWAP’s ability to provide the Reference Service for each day on which such Maintenance Operations are proposed to be carried out, during that Reference Service Year (each a Proposed Maintenance Plan).
(b) After delivery of a Proposed Maintenance Plan to User, ADEWAP will:
(i) use reasonable endeavours to consult with User in relation to the proposals set out in that plan; and
(ii) use reasonable endeavours (but having regard to the costs of rescheduling proposed Maintenance Operations, the requirements of Other Users and the potential impact of that rescheduling on the safety and integrity of the Network or any part(s) of it) to reschedule any Maintenance Operations set out in that Proposed Maintenance Plan with a view to minimising the impact of those Maintenance Operations on User’s operations.
(c) As soon as practicable prior to, or after, the beginning of the first Reference Service Year, and prior to the start of each subsequent Reference Service Year to which a Proposed Maintenance Plan relates, ADEWAP will issue to User a final (subject to clause 8.1(d)) plan setting out:
(i) all the Maintenance Operations to be carried out by ADEWAP during that Reference Service Year;
(ii) the times at which ADEWAP may carry out those Maintenance Operations; and
(iii) the maximum reduction to the Reference Service that may occur on each day on which those Maintenance Operations are to be carried out, (a Maintenance Plan).
(d) Where ADEWAP considers it necessary to do so, ADEWAP may amend any aspect of a Maintenance Plan by:
(i) adding Maintenance Operations to that Maintenance Plan and identifying the times at which ADEWAP may carry out those additional Maintenance Operations; and/or
(ii) removing any of the Maintenance Operations identified in that Maintenance Plan; and/or
(iii) changing the nature of any of the Maintenance Operations identified in that Mainten...
Maintenance Plan. 9.1 At any time prior to the expiration of your Maintenance Plan and 14 days after, you may purchase an extension to the current Maintenance Plan. This additional Maintenance Plan will extend the availability of your current Maintenance Plan for a period of time beginning with the date when your Maintenance Plan expires.
9.2 For a limited time after the expiration of your Maintenance Plan, you may purchase a renewal of your Maintenance Plan. This will provide you with a new Maintenance Plan that will begin at the date the renewal is purchased.
9.3 If you do not purchase any additional Maintenance Plan, you will still have the right to use the existing Software but you will lose the right to technical support and Software updates and upgrades as of the date your current Maintenance Plan expires.
9.4 For customers that purchase or already own multiple licenses, a Maintenance Plan must be purchased for each license.
