Subscription Plans. The Customer’s subscription plan for the Subscription Services is specified in the applicable Sales Order. The Customer may not reduce the Customer’s commitment under the subscription plan specified in the Sales Order during the Subscription Term. The Customer is not entitled to any refund of fees paid or relief from fees due if the volume of Subscription Services the Customer actually uses is less than the volume the Customer ordered, and the Customer may not carry over any of the unused volume to the Customer’s next Subscription Term.
Subscription Plans. GAF currently offers monthly and annual subscriptions for GAF Project. User Fees will be charged in advance for each user on a monthly or annual basis, depending upon your subscription. For monthly subscriptions, User Fees are charged based on the number of individual logins assigned to your account during such month regardless of whether a user actually logged into GAF Project during such month. For annual subscription renewals, User Fees are charged based on the number of individual logins assigned to your account during the month prior to your renewal regardless of whether a user actually logged into GAF Project during such month. You may convert a monthly subscription for any or all of your users to an annual subscription at any time; provided, however, that if you do so, the term of the annual subscription will be twelve (12) months from the date of such conversion and you will be charged in full for the annual subscription fee at the time of such conversion.
Subscription Plans. Customer may not reduce the number of Subscription Plans purchased in an Order Form during the Subscription Term. Customer is not entitled to any refund of fees paid or relief from fees due if the number of Subscription Plans Customer actually uses is less than the number of Subscription Plans Customer ordered.
Subscription Plans. Licensee may access Licensed Content through one of the following subscription plans:
(i) Individual User Access Plan that enables access via a specified number of user IDs and passwords for use only by designated individuals (“Authorized User(s)”);
(ii) Site Access Plan that enables access via specified Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (“Authorized Site(s)”), as provided by Licensee, for use by Licensee’s employees, contractors, researchers, faculty members, full-time and part-time enrolled students, and walk-in patrons not necessarily affiliated with Licensee but who are physically present at Licensee’s site, as applicable (“Authorized User(s)”).
Subscription Plans. Plan Types: We may offer free memberships and paid subscription plans that allow you to create and share video content. We may also offer additional digital content or services on a pay-per-use basis. Advertised prices and features may change. Personal Use Accounts: Free users may use the Services for their own personal purposes. They may not: (a) use the Services for commercial purposes; or (b) use any video they create using the Services for commercial purposes. Single plan: A single or ‘professional’ plan is valid for only one single end user. If you have registered for a Single Plan on behalf of a company or organization, each end user must register for his or her own account. Single or “Professional" plan users may use the Services to create videos for their own business purposes or for multiple third parties that invite them to create stories on behalf of this parties. Business plan: “Business” plan users and the accounts (minimum 5) connected to the “Business” plan may use the Services to create videos for multiple third parties (e.g., clients), which may use the video for their own personal use or business purposes.
Subscription Plans. As explained further above, to secure the right to access and use certain subscription-only pages, features, or functions of the App, and to maintain your User Account in good standing, you must subscribe to Rosy for a period of either one (1) month, subject to a monthly auto-renewal, or one (1) year, subject to an annual auto- renewal. Accordingly, you understand and acknowledge that, with the exception of any free trial periods, Rosy will indirectly charge you, via the Apple App Store, a recurring subscription fee in exchange for your right to access and use the subscription-only pages and features of the App in accordance with this Agreement (the “Subscription Fee(s)”). At the start of each subscription period, the payment transaction for the Subscription Fee will be facilitated through an online payment processing application that is provided by the Apple App Store and will be accessible through the App, and you will receive a receipt from the Apple App Store through your User Account. Subscription Fees shall be calculated as follows:
i. Any user (such user, for the purposes of this Section 9(a)(i), a “Founding Subscriber”) who subscribes to the App during the first three (3) months subsequent to the Site and App going active (the “Launch Period”) may subscribe for either one and 00/100 dollars ($1.00) per month (the “Monthly Discounted Rate”) or twenty and 00/100 dollars ($20.00) per year (the “Yearly Discounted Rate”). If a Founding Subscriber subscribes under the monthly option, then the Founding Subscriber shall receive the Monthly Discounted Rate up to and until the end of the Launch Period, irrespective of the time during the Launch Period that the subscription was made. If a Founding Subscriber subscribes under the yearly option, then the Founding Subscriber shall receive the Yearly Discounted Rate up to and until the one (1) year anniversary of the subscription date. Founding Subscribers may change their subscription model from the monthly option to the yearly option at any time during the Launch Period.
ii. Any user who subscribes to the App after the Launch Period may subscribe for either ten and 00/100 dollars ($10.00) per month or one hundred and 00/100 dollars ($100.00) per year.
Subscription Plans. Customer’s Subscription Plan for the Services and status thereof is specified in Customer Account. Customer may not reduce Customer’s commitment under the Subscription Plan specified in Customer Account during the Subscription Term. If Customer wishes to change or amend the Subscription Plan they are under, then Customer must notify SHRP before the start of the next Subscription Term for the applicable Service; any changes will be effective at the start of that next Subscription Term.
Subscription Plans. If you purchase a subscription plan, your subscription will continue in effect and renew on a recurring basis, monthly or annually, unless and until you cancel your subscription. If you provide a credit card or other payment method accepted by Avibra and sign up for a monthly or annual paid subscription through the Service, you are expressly agreeing that Avibra (or our designated third- party payment provider) is authorized to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee (plus any applicable taxes) on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as applicable. Avibra reserves the right to change the terms of your subscription, including price, from time to time, effective as of the beginning of your next billing period following the date of the change. If Avibra changes the subscription fee or other charges for your subscription, we will give you advance notice of these changes. If you purchase a subscription from us with promotional pricing, it will renew at non-promotional pricing unless you cancel your subscription prior to renewal (as may also be explained in more detail at the time of your purchase at the promotion pricing).
