Subscription Plans. GAF currently offers monthly and annual subscriptions for GAF Project. User Fees will be charged in advance for each user on a monthly or annual basis, depending upon your subscription. For monthly subscriptions, User Fees are charged based on the number of individual logins assigned to your account during such month regardless of whether a user actually logged into GAF Project during such month. For annual subscription renewals, User Fees are charged based on the number of individual logins assigned to your account during the month prior to your renewal regardless of whether a user actually logged into GAF Project during such month. You may convert a monthly subscription for any or all of your users to an annual subscription at any time; provided, however, that if you do so, the term of the annual subscription will be twelve (12) months from the date of such conversion and you will be charged in full for the annual subscription fee at the time of such conversion.
Subscription Plans. Plan Types: We may offer free memberships and paid subscription plans that allow you to create and share video content. We may also offer additional digital content or services on a pay-per-use basis. Advertised prices and features may change. Personal Use Accounts: Free users may use the Services for their own personal purposes. They may not: (a) use the Services for commercial purposes; or (b) use any video they create using the Services for commercial purposes. Single plan: A single or ‘professional’ plan is valid for only one single end user. If you have registered for a Single Plan on behalf of a company or organization, each end user must register for his or her own account. Single or “Professional" plan users may use the Services to create videos for their own business purposes or for multiple third parties that invite them to create stories on behalf of this parties. Business plan: “Business” plan users and the accounts (minimum 5) connected to the “Business” plan may use the Services to create videos for multiple third parties (e.g., clients), which may use the video for their own personal use or business purposes.
Subscription Plans. Licensee may access Licensed Content through one of the following subscription plans:
(i) Individual User Access Plan that enables access via a specified number of user IDs and passwords for use only by designated individuals (“Authorized User(s)”);
(ii) Site Access Plan that enables access via specified Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (“Authorized Site(s)”), as provided by Licensee, for use by Licensee’s employees, contractors, researchers, faculty members, full-time and part-time enrolled students, and walk-in patrons not necessarily affiliated with Licensee but who are physically present at Licensee’s site, as applicable (“Authorized User(s)”).
Subscription Plans. Customer may not reduce the number of Subscription Plans purchased in an Order Form during the Subscription Term. Customer is not entitled to any refund of fees paid or relief from fees due if the number of Subscription Plans Customer actually uses is less than the number of Subscription Plans Customer ordered.

Avibra reserves the right to change the terms of your subscription, including price, from time to time, effective as of the beginning of your next billing period following the date of the change. If Avibra changes the subscription fee or other charges for your subscription, we will give you advance notice of these changes. If you purchase a subscription from us with promotional pricing, it will renew at non-promotional pricing unless you cancel your subscription prior to renewal (as may also be explained in more detail at the time of your purchase at the promotion pricing).

Subscription Plans. Service Arrangements The Company provides for the purchase of multiple Services, each Service a “Session” (the purchase of all Sessions together collectively referred to as the “Subscription Plan”). Appointments or bookings made for Services to be conducted under each Session are each an “Appointment”. Commitment Term Depending on the number of Sessions and Commitment Frequency, all Subscription Plan(s) are subject to Commitment Term (each Session in a Commitment Term is a Committed Session). Each Session is shall be minimum duration of three (3) hours. Recurring Subscription Plans By subscribing to a Subscription Plan with the Company, You agree that upon expiry of the Subscription Plan, the Company is entitled to renew and recur the Subscription Plan for future Sessions automatically. You agree and are deemed to agree to these Terms of Use along with the prevailing rates and Fee for the respective Services with each renewal of a Subscription Plan. Recurring Appointment Upon expiry of your Subscription Plan, the Platform will, pursuant to the last Subscription Plan, automatically fix appointments for the future appointment dates (each a “Recurring Appointment”) during the Validity period. The Customer can also alter the Platform’s assigned Recurring Appointment dates manually. Customers are reminded that the Company cannot guarantee that the same Service Provider will be assigned for each Recurring Appointment.
