Common use of Subscription Plans Clause in Contracts

Subscription Plans. The Customer’s subscription plan for the Subscription Services is specified in the applicable Sales Order. The Customer may not reduce the Customer’s commitment under the subscription plan specified in the Sales Order during the Subscription Term. The Customer is not entitled to any refund of fees paid or relief from fees due if the volume of Subscription Services the Customer actually uses is less than the volume the Customer ordered, and the Customer may not carry over any of the unused volume to the Customer’s next Subscription Term.
