Subscription Price. Each Warrant is exercisable at a price per share (the “Exercise Price”) of US$1.00. One (1) Warrant and the Exercise Price are required to subscribe for each share during the term of the Warrants.
Subscription Price. For each Sub-Fund, Units in each Class will be offered to investors on the Initial Subscription Day at the Initial Subscription Price as set out in Annex A for each Sub-Fund, subject to any applicable Subscription Fee (see Annex A) as well as relevant taxes, levies or charges. Following the Initial Subscription Day, the Units will be valued on the relevant Valuation Day. Thus, following the Initial Subscription Day, the subscription price per Unit will be the Net Asset Value per Unit in respect of the Valuation Day which falls on the Subscription Day at which the Units are issued (the "Subscription Price") plus the Subscription Fee if such fee is applicable as set out in Annex A for each Sub-Fund and subject to relevant taxes, levies or charges.
Subscription Price. The subscription price for each Warrant Share is £0.348 (which price is expressed on a per-Share basis), subject to adjustment as described in these Terms and Conditions (the “Warrant Exercise Price”). The Warrant Exercise Price shall be booked in its entirety to the share capital (including to the extent relevant the share premium account) of the Company.
Subscription Price. (i) If the Market Price is not less than the Effective Price, the subscription price (the “Subscription Price”) per share of the Advance Shares shall be the Effective Price.
Subscription Price. The subscription price for the Subscription Shares (the "Subscription Price") shall be HK$0.067 per Subscription Share.
Subscription Price. Each Unit is issued at a Subscription Price for Units determined by the General Partner acting in the best interests of the Partnership.
Subscription Price. This section shall not apply to Products licensed to Institution at special promotion prices to distributor or Reseller, as applicable.
Subscription Price. The monthly subscription price set forth on page 1 of this Agreement is in addition to all other rates and charges applicable to Subscriber. The applicable charge will be added to Subscriber’s electricity xxxx. Provider reserves the right to change the monthly subscription price upon 30 days’ notice to Subscriber. Such notice may be included with Subscriber’s monthly billing statement. In such event, Subscriber will also be permitted to terminate this Agreement by calling 800-844-7161.
Subscription Price. If Institution chooses the one-year Licensed Period and submits an extension order prior to expiration of the subscription, Microsoft will not increase the License prices for an annual extension by more than 10%. If Institution chooses the three-year Licensed Period and meets ordering requirements, the price Microsoft charges the distributor on each anniversary order will be the same as the price for the Products when they are first ordered. This provision shall not apply to Products licensed to Institution at special promotion prices. One-year Licensed Period. Microsoft will not increase the License prices charged to the Distributor for an annual extension order by more than ten percent (10%) (as determined with reference to U.S. funds, regardless of the currency in which amounts are invoiced or payment is made) over the License prices charged for the immediately preceding 12-month Licensed Period if (i) Institution submits an extension order prior to the expiration of the Enrollment and (ii) such order is confirmed for the same Products in the same quantities as ordered in the expiring Licensed Period. Three-year Licensed Period. If Institution chooses this option and complies with the ordering requirements within the agreement, for any Products ordered during the Licensed Period, the price Microsoft charges the Distributor on each anniversary order will be the same as the price for the Products when they are first ordered except for step-ups.
Subscription Price. The Subscription Price per Subscription Share to be paid by the Subscriber to the Company for the Subscription Shares shall be the subscription price (including the applicable subscription fee and dilution levy, as applicable) as defined and specified in the Prospectus. The Subscription Price shall be paid in the reference currency of the relevant class of Shares.
