Subscription Price. (i) If the Market Price is not less than the Effective Price, the subscription price (the “Subscription Price”) per share of the Advance Shares shall be the Effective Price. (ii) If the Market Price is less than the Effective Price, the Subscription Price per share of the Advance Shares shall be the Market Price.
