Subscription Renewal. Usage Rights in Cisco Technology acquired on a subscription basis will automatically renew for the renewal period indicated on the order You or Your Cisco Partner placed with Cisco (“Renewal Term”) unless:
(a) You notify Your Approved Source in writing at least 45 days before the end of Your then-current Usage Term of Your intention not to renew; or
(b) You or Your Cisco Partner elect not to auto-renew at the time of the initial order placed with Cisco. Your Approved Source will notify You reasonably in advance of any Renewal Term if there are fee changes. The new fees will apply for the upcoming Renewal Term unless You or Your Cisco Partner promptly notify Cisco in writing, before the renewal date, that You do not accept the fee changes. In that case, Your subscription will terminate at the end of the current Usage Term.
Subscription Renewal. This agreement shall, unless otherwise terminated as provided in this clause, commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for the Initial Subscription Term and, thereafter, this agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive periods as defined in Schedule 1 unless:
13.7.1. either party notifies the other party of termination, in writing, at least 60 days before the end of the Initial Subscription Term or any Renewal Period, in which case this agreement shall terminate upon the expiry of the applicable Initial Subscription Term or Renewal Period; or
13.7.2. otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of this agreement;
13.7.3. and the Initial Subscription Term together with any subsequent Renewal Periods shall constitute the Subscription Term.
Subscription Renewal. 5.1. Customer may renew its Product subscription for another year by submitting a written request to JetBrains 30 (thirty) days prior to the end of the Toolbox Subscription term.
5.2. If not agreed otherwise in writing between JetBrains and Customer, in the event of subscription renewal the relationship between the parties shall be governed and amended (if applicable) by the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement covering use of the Product available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ on the day of subscription renewal.
Subscription Renewal. Unless duly terminated, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive 12 calendar-months terms, at the then current fees in accordance with the Agreement. Renewal fees for the following term will be automatically invoiced to Customer’s account in accordance with the Agreement unless C3 has received a proper cancellation notice. To prevent any interruption in the use of the C3 Hub the Customer must pay C3 the renewal fees and additional charges, if any, before the beginning of a new term or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in the C3 Hub Order Form.
