Subscription Renewal. After the initial Subscription Term, unless otherwise specified on the Order, your Software subscription will automatically renew for subsequent annual terms unless either party gives the other party written notice of nonrenewal at least 30 days before the last day of your then-current Subscription Term. You agree that, if you do not give written notice of non- renewal prior to the date that is 30 days before the last day of your then-current Subscription Term, you will pay the subscription fees applicable to the Renewal Term at Nasuni’s then-current rates (or such other renewal rate, if any, specified on the Order). The renewal of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions will be at our then-current list price in effect at the time of the renewal, unless otherwise stated on the Order or otherwise agreed by the parties in writing at the time of the renewal.
