Subscription Rights for Shares of Common Stock of Other Securities. In the event that the Company or an affiliate of the Company shall at any time after the date hereof and prior to the exercise of all the Warrants issue any rights to subscribe for shares of Common Stock or any other securities of the Company or of such affiliate to all the stockholders of the Company, the Holders of the unexercised Warrants shall be entitled to receive, in addition to the Warrant Shares receivable upon the exercise of the Warrants, such rights at the time such rights are distributed to the other stockholders of the Company.
