Subscription Rights for Shares of Common Stock or Other Securities. In the case the Company or an affiliate of the Company shall at any time after the date hereof and prior to the exercise of all the Warrants issue any rights to subscribe for shares of Common Stock or any other securities of the Company or of such affiliate to all the shareholders of the Company, the Holders of the unexercised Warrants shall be entitled, in addition to the shares of Common Stock or other securities receivable upon the exercise of the Warrants, to receive such rights at the time such rights are distributed to the other shareholders of the Company.
