Common use of Subscription Services Users Clause in Contracts

Subscription Services Users. Subject to the limits set forth in the Order, Customer may authorize Customer’s employees and contractors, acting on its behalf, to use the Subscription Services and will supply (or request Apttus to supply) user identifications and passwords for such individuals (“Users”). Customer may increase the number of Users pursuant to an add-on Order(s). Unless otherwise specified in the relevant Order, the term of the additional User subscriptions will be coterminous with the expiration of the then current Subscription Term.
