Subscription Transfers. Subscriptions may be transferred between eligible CSG Subscribers by reflecting such transfer in the Monthly Subscription Information through changes by CSG SO via written notice to Black Hills Energy. The CSG Subscriber may from time to time change the premises to which the Subscription is attributed, so long as the requirements of Section 3.3(d) are met.
