Common use of Subscription Transfers Clause in Contracts

Subscription Transfers. Subscriptions may be transferred between eligible SRC Subscribers by reflecting such transfer in the Monthly Subscription Information through changes or entries by SRC Producer via the SRC Application System. The SRC Subscriber may from time to time change the premises to which the Subscription is attributed, so long as the requirements of Section 3.3(d) are met.
