Common use of Subsequent Agreements and Survival Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Agreements and Survival. Supplier and Participating Entity may enter into a separate agreement to facilitate long-term performance obligations utilizing the terms of this Master Agreement as mutually agreed. Such agreements may provide for a performance period extending beyond the full term of this Master Agreement as determined in the discretion of Participating Entity.
