Subsequent Annual Delivery of Legal Opinions. Unless otherwise agreed to among the Company and the Agents, the Company shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Agents on or about each anniversary of the date hereof, each of the opinions set forth in Section 6(b)(i), Section 6(b)(iii), Section 6(b)(iv), Section 6(b)(v), Section 6(b)(vi), Section 6(b)(x), Section 6(b)(xi) and Section 6(b)(xii) hereof, dated such date, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agents, of substantially the same tenor as such opinions referred to in Section 6(b)(i), Section 6(b)(iii), Section 6(b)(iv), Section 6(b)(v), Section 6(b)(vi), Section 6(b)(x), Section 6(b)(xi) and Section 6(b)(xii) hereof, modified as necessary to relate to the Registration Statement and the Prospectus as amended and supplemented to the time of delivery of such opinions.
