Subsequent Change of Ownership. If you wish to add a joint-owner to your account, you must amend the Membership and Account Agreement to reflect the new owner, as well as the written (signed) agreement of each and every joint owner of record. Any joint-owner you wish to remove must also agree and sign the appropriate form(s).
