Common use of Subsequent Consents Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Consents. Consent by Landlord to any Transfer made pursuant to this Lease shall not operate to relieve Tenant from any covenant or obligation hereunder or be deemed to be a consent to or relieve Tenant from obtaining Landlord's consent to any subsequent Transfer by Tenant or anyone claiming by, through or under Tenant.

Subsequent Consents. Consent by Landlord to any Transfer made pursuant to this Lease shall not operate to relieve Tenant from any covenant or obligation hereunder or be deemed to be a consent to or relieve Tenant from obtaining Landlord's ’s consent to any subsequent Transfer by Tenant or anyone claiming by, through or under Tenant. No subtenant shall have the right to further Transfer its interest in the Subject Space, except in accordance with this Paragraph 12.
