Common use of Subsequent Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Guaranties. No subsequent guaranty by the Guarantor or any other person of the Liabilities shall be deemed to be in lieu of or to supersede this Guaranty, unless otherwise expressly provided therein. The obligation under this Guaranty shall be in addition to any obligation of the Guarantor as endorser of any obligations of Borrower.
