Subsequent Interim and Annual Financial Statements. As soon as reasonably available, but in no event more than 45 days after the end of each fiscal quarter (other than the fourth quarter of a fiscal year) or 90 days after December 31, 1995 or the end of each fiscal year ending after the date of this Agreement, each party will deliver to the other party its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q or its Annual Report on Form 10-K, as the case may be, as filed with the SEC under the Exchange Act.
