Subsequent Lease Amendments with Prior Tenant Consent. If (i) Landlord and any assignee or subtenant of Tenant’s interest in this Lease modify or amend this Lease so as to increase the obligations of the successor Tenant, and (ii) such modification or amendment is made without a prior Tenant’s consent, then the obligations of such prior Tenant and its Tenant Guarantor shall not be increased, but shall continue as it existed prior to such modification or amendment.
