SUBSEQUENT LEGAL ACTION. I will not initiate, assist or cooperate in any charge, claim, complaint or legal action against MDI with any federal, state or local administrative agency or court, or with any other person (the term "person" shall mean and include an individual, a partnership, a joint venture, a corporation, a limited liability, a trust, an unincorporated organization, and a government or any department or agency thereof), unless so ordered by a duly authorized court, legislative committee or grand jury.
