SUBSEQUENT LEGAL ACTION. I will not initiate, assist or cooperate in any charge, claim, complaint or legal action against the Company with any federal, state or local administrative agency or court, or with any other person (the term "person" shall mean and include an individual, a partnership, a joint venture, a corporation, a limited liability entity, a trust, an unincorporated organization, and a government or any department or agency thereof), unless so ordered by a duly authorized court, legislative committee or grand jury, as for enforcement of this Agreement.
