Common use of Subsequent listing Clause in Contracts

Subsequent listing. The Issuer and the Guarantor shall apply for the listing of any further securities which are of the same class (i.e. the same maturity carrying the same rights) as the listed securities, prior to their issue, and shall not issue such securities unless it has applied for the listing of those securities.
