Subsequent loan. The Lender has no obligation to make any subsequent Loan. If the Lender elects to do so, such subsequent Loan shall be subject to the terms, conditions and benefits of this Agreement and shall be subject to satisfaction or waiver of the same conditions precedent as are set forth in Section 3.
