Common use of Subsequent Mailings Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Mailings. First Federal and Frankfort First shall each use its reasonable best efforts to promptly mail the Form of Election to all Persons who become holders of Frankfort First Common Stock during the period between the Initial Mailing Record Date and 10:00 a.m. Eastern time, on the date ten calendar days prior to the anticipated Effective Time and to make the Form of Election available to all Persons who become holders of Frankfort First Common Stock subsequent to such day and no later than the close of business on the third business day prior to the Effective Time.

Subsequent Mailings.
