Subsequent Opinion of Counsel as to Recording Requirements. In the event that any Borrower or any Subsidiary shall transfer its principal place of business or the office where it keeps its records pertaining to the Collateral, upon the Lender’s request the Borrowers will provide to the Lender a subsequent opinion of counsel as to the filing, recording and other requirements with which the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries have complied to maintain the Lien and security interest in favor of the Lender in the Collateral.
