Subsequent Opinion of Counsel as to Recording Requirements. Provide to the Administrative Agent a subsequent opinion of counsel as to the filing, recording and other requirements with which any of the Borrowers have complied to maintain the liens and security interests in favor of the Lenders in the Collateral in the event that the Borrowers shall transfer its principal place of business or the office where it keeps its records pertaining to the Accounts and Receivables.
