Subsequent Parties; Limited Relationship. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective permitted successors or assigns. Neither party shall assign this Agreement (including by operation of law) without the prior written consent of the other party, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OTC Markets Group may assign this Agreement to any successor or affiliate without the consent of the other party.
