Subsequent Service Orders Sample Clauses
The 'Subsequent Service Orders' clause establishes the process by which additional services can be requested and formalized after the initial agreement is in place. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for submitting, approving, and documenting new service orders, which may include specifying the scope, pricing, and timelines for each new request. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and structured method for expanding the contractual relationship, ensuring that both parties have a mutual understanding and record of any added services, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over scope or payment.
