Subsequent Training. Impax shall ensure that:
(a) all Sales Force members receive Compliance Training (twice in each Services Year) or further training (as agreed upon by the Parties) in relation to the Shire Product at the Plan of Action (“POA”) meetings;
(b) at least two (2) but not more than four (4) POA meetings are held during each year of the Services Term; and
(c) all Sales Force members are trained in accordance with Shire’s Selling Skills Training Module. Impax shall cooperate as reasonably necessary in arranging for Sales Force members to attend the aforementioned training and meetings and shall bear any expenses incurred by any Sales Force members in attending such training and meetings (including, without limitation, expenses relating to travel, lodging and meals).
Subsequent Training. Franchisor may require Franchisee and Franchisee's manager and employees to complete additional training at a location determined in Franchisor's sole discretion. Franchisee shall pay Franchisor's usual fee(s) for such mandatory training. Franchisee shall, in any event, be solely responsible for all salaries, compensation, benefits, and living and travel expenses of trainees.
Subsequent Training. As new functionality is added to the Vendor ------------------- Products or new products are added to Schedule A, the Parties shall establish mutually acceptable levels of training to be provided at Vendor's facility. Each Party shall bear its travel and out of pocket expenses associated with the subsequent training. If Vendor does not have a suitable training facility, training will be provided at Newbridge's facility at Vendors expense.
Subsequent Training. Any subsequent training of new or replacement Institution personnel shall be purchased by Institution at prices set forth in Accuray's then current training price list.
Subsequent Training. Xxxxx shall have the authority, and shall be responsible at its cost and expense, for all training to be provided to its Sales Force personnel following the Initial Training Session; provided, that such training shall be consistent with the direction of BMS, the Promotion Plan, and with the Product training materials and program developed by BMS for training its own sales forces for the promotion of the Product in the Territory, and that such training shall include training on the proper handling and reporting of adverse drug experiences encountered for the Product and on timely reporting of Product inquiries and other requests for information related to Product.
Subsequent Training. Subsequent or follow-up training hours will be assigned according to the operator's seniority.

(a) additional follow-up training as reasonably required; and
(b) technical and consultative support. Such support shall include, but shall not be limited to, support for and assistance with the resolution of any problem or difficulty with the operations of the Equipment.
Subsequent Training. Additional training will be available to Distributor, its Sub-Distributors or Customers according to Accuray's then-current training price list. Distributor will pay for any and all travel and related expenses for such additional training, unless otherwise agreed between Distributor and Sub-Distributor or Customer (as applicable).
