Common use of Subsequent Transfer of Interest Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Transfer of Interest. (a) No Party shall assign or transfer all or any of its rights or obligations hereunder except in accordance with this Agreement and, if applicable, subject to any necessary consents of the JDA under the terms of the PSC and any other relevant regulations. Except as specifically provided herein, any transfer after the execution of the JOA shall be subject to the provisions of the JOA.
