Common use of Subsequent Transfer of Stock Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Transfer of Stock. After the Effective Time, there shall be no further registration of transfers on the stock transfer books of the Surviving Corporation of the shares of RRI Stock and RRI Class A Preferred Stock that were outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time. If after the Effective Time certificates representing any such shares are presented to the Surviving Corporation, they shall be canceled and exchanged for Company Stock and Company Class A Preferred Stock, as the case may be, as provided in this Article II.
