Common use of Subsequent Violations Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Violations. Further violations of the conduct unbecoming of a student code will result in a minimum of suspension from three games/meets/events. The principal/athletic director may assign further penalties if warranted. The principal/athletic director will base the length of suspension on the seriousness and repetitive nature of the offense. If the violation occurs out of season, the suspension will be carried over to the next season in which the student is participating in an activity. Repeated offenses in this category, could lead to the student’s removal from all Suring Public School District Activities.
