Subsequent Waivers. The School may request additional Discretionary Waivers from the Secretary after the initial request. Any new waiver requests shall be processed according to NMPED waiver request procedures, and, if approved, shall be added to this Contract by the School submitting a revised list of approved waivers (Exhibit 2 to this Contract) to the Authorizer.
