Subsequently Acquired Security Collateral. The Chargor shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, upon it (or any nominee of the Chargor) becoming the registered owner of and receiving share certificates in respect of any Shares and their Related Rights and/or the Security Collateral after the date hereof, deliver to the Security Trustee all share certificates in respect thereof together with share transfer documentation in respect of such Shares and their Related Rights and/or the Security Collateral duly executed in blank by or on behalf of the Chargor (or such nominee) as appropriate.
