Common use of Subsequently Clause in Contracts

Subsequently. the Borrower entered into a Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of December 15, 1995, as amended by the First Amendment dated as of January 9, 1996, the Second Amendment dated as of January 24, 1996 and the Third Amendment dated as of April 9, 1996 (said agreement, as so amended, being the "Third Credit Agreement"), with the financial institutions and other institutional lenders party thereto (the "Third Lenders") and Citibank, as agent for the Third Lenders.

Subsequently. the Borrower entered into a Second Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of December 15June 3, 19951996, as amended by the First Amendment dated as of January September 9, 1996, 1996 and the Second Amendment dated as of January 24, 1996 and the Third Amendment dated as of April October 9, 1996 (said agreement, as so amended, being the "Third Existing Credit Agreement"), with the financial institutions and other institutional lenders party thereto (the "Third Existing Lenders") and Citibank, as agent for the Third Existing Lenders.

Subsequently. the Borrower entered into a Second Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of December 15June 3, 19951996, as amended by the First Amendment dated as of January September 9, 1996, 1996 and the Second Amendment dated as of January 24, 1996 and the Third Amendment dated as of April October 9, 1996 (said agreement, as so amended, being the "Third Fourth Credit Agreement"), with the financial institutions and other institutional lenders party thereto (the "Third Fourth Lenders") and Citibank, as agent for the Third Existing Lenders.
