Subservicer Instruction Letter. The Seller shall, prior to the initial Purchase Date of Purchased Loans serviced by any Subservicer, provide to the Buyers a Subservicer Instruction Letter addressed to and agreed to by such Subservicer of the related Purchased Loans.
