Common use of Subservicing Protocol Clause in Contracts

Subservicing Protocol. In consideration of the releases contained herein, JPMorgan shall also implement the Subservicing Protocol attached as Exhibit B within sixty (60) days of the Trustees’ Acceptance Date; provided, however, if a Trustee’s acceptance is subject to Final Court Approval and Final Court Approval does not occur, JPMorgan may discontinue compliance with such Subservicing Protocol. In the event of any inconsistency, the implementation date in the Subservicing Protocol shall control.
