Common use of Subsidiaries and Other Ownership Interests Clause in Contracts

Subsidiaries and Other Ownership Interests. The Subsidiaries listed on Schedule 4.11 constitute the only Subsidiaries of the Borrower as at the date hereof. As at the date hereof, (a) the Borrower has, directly or indirectly, an equity or other ownership interest in each Subsidiary listed on Schedule 4.11 and (b) other than as set forth on Schedule 4.11, the Borrower has no equity or other ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in any other Subsidiary.

Subsidiaries and Other Ownership Interests. The Subsidiaries listed on Schedule 4.11 constitute the only Subsidiaries of the Borrower as at the date hereof. As at the date hereof, (a) the Borrower has, directly or indirectly, an equity or other ownership interest in each Subsidiary Investment Firm and each other Person listed on Schedule 4.11 and (b) other than as set forth on Schedule 4.11, the Borrower has no equity or other ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in any other SubsidiaryPerson, other than indirect equity or other ownership interests in Funds.
