Common use of Subsidiaries and Other Ownership Interests Clause in Contracts

Subsidiaries and Other Ownership Interests. The Subsidiaries listed on Schedule 5.14 hereto constitute the only Subsidiaries of the Borrower as at the date hereof. The Borrower has as at the date hereof an equity or other ownership interest in Management Companies of the Borrower and each other Person listed on Schedule 5.14 and other than as set forth on such schedule, the Borrower has no such interest in any other Management Company or Person.

The Borrower has as at the date hereof hereof, directly or indirectly, an equity or other ownership interest in Management Companies of the Borrower each Investment Firm and each other Person listed on Schedule 5.14 SCHEDULE 4.14; and other than as set forth on such schedule, the Borrower has no such interest interest, directly or indirectly, in any other Management Company or Person.
