Subsidiaries, associations and branches. 1.13.1 No MYL Group Company: (i) holds or beneficially owns or has agreed to acquire any securities of any other corporation other than shares of another MYL Group Company; or (ii) is or has agreed to become a member of any partnership (whether incorporated or unincorporated) or other unincorporated association, joint venture or consortium (other than recognised trade associations); or (iii) has outside the United Kingdom any branch or any permanent establishment (as that expression is defined in the respective Double Taxation Relief Orders current at the date of this agreement). 1.13.2 No MYL Group Company has any subsidiaries or any shareholdings in any legal entity other than, in the case of MYL, Connect Holdings and, in the case of Connect Holdings, Connect, and does not have any existing or continuing obligations or liabilities in relation to any business save in relation to the Project.
